Body Rev DVD Giveaway!

As you may already know, I did this video for the first time last week and it was the most intense workout I’ve done in a long time. I absolutely loved it and wanted to share how wonderful it is, so I went to the store and bought a copy to giveaway here! just found your blog through a friend – love it! as for work outs, when i wanna get a really good sweat going i opt for a spin class or a hot yoga class. hot yoga is super addicting – you feel so in touch with your breathing and your muscles! anyway, have a good one!
I want to try hot yoga so bad! I need to see if there are any classes around here. It seems like it’s be so relaxing.
Three words…crossfit circuit training! It changed my whole mindset when it comes to working out! I love it!
Ahh, one of my goals is to try a crossfit class! I e-mailed a local group here and they never got back to me :/ I bet you feel amazing after a workout like that! Sounds awesome.
currently i’m working on my running. it is so different on a treadmill but i feel it’s actually better because you kind of HAVE to run at one speed and not slow down, plus you got the distance that you run right in front of you. I’m hoping one day i can run a 5K without dying!
Also biking! The BEST you don’t even know that you’re exercising! Especially when it’s your only way of transportation
It is very different.. I never thought about having to run at that one speed! That’s totally true though because my pace is all over the place when I run outside. You’ll be able to do a 5k no problem soon!
Looove biking.. I can’t wait until it’s warmer out because we have a ton of good biking trails here.

i don’t get to the gym as often as i’d like with my new job (only 4 days a week now) but when i do i feel like i kick my own ass on all the days! i’ll do 30 minutes of cardio and then use moves from jillians 30 day shred for another 20 min and then end with 10 minutes on jacobs ladder…have you heard of it? its INSANE! its a machine with a ladder at an incline that moves with your weight, the further up you climb the faster it goes…by the end of that workout i literally feel like i could hit the floor. tough as nails!
but on my work days i do videos at home and i’m always looking for a new one…so i hope i win!!
OMG.. the jacobs ladder is NO joke! I tried it for five minutes at the gym one day and thought I was going to die. I don’t know how you do it for 10 minutes! You are tough!

I think my favorite workout is probably a good steep hike. I can’t do it too much this time of the year. Of all the things I’ve done (gym workouts, running, swimming, biking) nothing is more satisfying than being outside in the cool, clean air working my way to the top knowing that it’s all down hill after that.
Hikes are always so tough for me. I think it’s because I can see how far I have left, but if I’m on a treadmill I can just throw a towel over the display and go forever.
I love yoga but the. Hardest workout by far is Jillian Michael 30 day fat shred… I’m ready to die by the end of the workout… I usually skip the cool down and just lay in the floor Lmao
30 Day Shred is intense! The first time I did it I definitely just laid in the floor after! haha. It is no joke for sure.
