September’s Top 5 Workout Songs

These are some songs I’ve had on repeat this month. They’re the ones that get me through those tough runs, boring elliptical sessions and long walks. Be sure and share some songs you’ve been wearing out this month so I can listen too!

1. Kid Sister – You Ain’t Really Down

2. Kelly Rowland feat. Lil’ Wayne – Motivation
I just pretend when she’s saying “you’re almost there, you can do it I believe in you, baby” that she is just talking about my workout haha

3. Big Boi – Tangerine

4. Kid Sister – Right Hand Hi

5. Massive Attack & Mos Def – I Against I

  3. I was thinking I needed some new tunes for the gym. I like your selection. Have you ever thought of using a BPM tool to build your workout playlist?

  4. Great post. I actually just had someone contact me telling me what the top 10 workout songs for September are…I should blog about that.
