I’ve been collecting some of my family’s favorite recipes for awhile now and putting them into a notebook which I refer to quite a bit when meal planning. These are the meals and desserts that everyone likes and asks to be made over and over again. I hope that you find something to make in this list that will become some of your family’s favorites too.

*Although just about any recipe can be made vegan, the ones with a “v” next to them are vegan without any alterations at all.

      The red lentil Thai chili is pretty incredible and probably the most requested. It’s awesome!

    I’ve wanted to make sweet potato & black bean enchiladas/burritos/quesadillas for a while… I need to try your recipe, looks yummy!
