Hi! I was going through your blog and congrats on your success in exercise and cooking! I think the meals you have made look delicious. I was wondering which Jillian Michaels video you would recommend that doesn’t do too much shoulder work. I have the kettlebell, which kills my shoulder, and have just started the 6 week 6 pack. That one is pretty decent, but there is one move I can’t do because I have to hold myself up with my right hand and that hurts my shoulder. I did sports (volleyball and shot put) in high school without proper stretching and it is coming back to bite me in the butt. Thanks for your input.
Thank you :] I’m trying to think about all her dvds that I’ve done and all of them include moves in plank that might aggravate your shoulder. I had hurt my arm once and whenever she did a move that would hurt it, I would just sub an earlier move or just jump rope in place. I’m sorry that I don’t have more advice than that. I’ll keep thinking and if I think of anything else I will e-mail you.
